Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of signage, flyers, and forms
  • Contribute to custom apparel production
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Take product photographs for marketing purposes
  • Read and process work orders
  • Receive and inspect shipment deliveries
  • Prepare garments for decoration, trimming, and folding
  • Package customer orders for pickup or shipping
  • Operate embroidery machines and heat presses
  • Maintain open communication with coworkers and customers
  • Operate shop equipment, such as printers and cutters
  • Assist with light digital tasks, including taking photos of completed orders
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the production team

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital photography principles
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
  • Willingness to learn and master all production processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with embroidery machines or heat presses is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus, but not required
