Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ER Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse in our Level I Trauma Center's Emergency Department, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to patients with a variety of urgent and life-threatening medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a highly dynamic and challenging emergency department setting.
  • Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement care for patients across a wide range of conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in an emergency department or critical care setting preferred.
  • T NCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and react effectively in emergency situations.
