Position Overview:

An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a crucial role within a healthcare team, delivering exceptional patient care within their designated scope of practice. The ideal candidate will resonate with the organization's mission, vision, and values while adhering to all applicable policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and formulate treatment strategies
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment options
  • Lead initiatives within the healthcare team and participate in community outreach efforts
  • Exhibit professionalism in patient interactions and foster effective collaboration with team members
  • Engage in ongoing quality improvement and research activities

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program
  • Valid state license as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina
  • Strong clinical competencies, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities
