Asphalt Roller Operator

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a tandem or three-wheel steel roller to compact newly paved asphalt surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a steel roller to compact asphalt surfaces
• Oil, grease, and service the equipment as needed
• Move levers, pedals, or throttle to guide the machine
• Guide and direct dump trucks while backing up to the hopper
• Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a related field (training provided)
• Valid NC Driver's License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow precise instructions
• Reliable and trustworthy team player with a good attendance and safety record
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and some nights
