About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avera Health's skilled long-term care facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, and walking
  • Provide personal care, such as grooming and hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
  • Assist with medication administration and vital sign monitoring
  • Document resident care and progress
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including alternating weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
