About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Germantown, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products by reviewing and approving incoming ingredients and raw materials, collecting and sending product samples for testing, and performing plant GMP walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring compliance with label claim requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a food production environment or lab.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and software.
