Key Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid LPN license in New York State
  • Possess friendly and sociable demeanor with the ability to comfort patients through effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to observe and report any changes in a patient's condition to the care team
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an LPN in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or similar environments
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience providing care through clinical rotations, on-the-job training in a nursing program, or as a private caregiver
  • Team-oriented, willing to accept direction and feedback from supervisors
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
