Isleworth Golf and Country Club, an esteemed 18-hole private golf facility, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Supervisor to oversee all facets of our golf course landscaping.

About Us:

Located in a prime area, we pride ourselves on being recognized among the top clubs globally, offering exceptional conditions for our members, including many professional golfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of landscape maintenance activities including trimming, edging, mowing, and spraying.
  • Installation and upkeep of floral and plant arrangements.
  • Conducting irrigation repairs and overseeing fertilizer applications.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of turf management are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscaping.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, chemical applications, and turf care.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster a positive work environment.
  • Willingness to work early mornings and on weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing landscaping products and materials.
  • Familiarity with equipment used in routine maintenance.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
