Job Opportunity at Hammered Crab

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hammered Crab, a seafood restaurant located in Gulf Shores, AL. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Verify customers' identification and confirm their legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Assess customers' needs and make recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a memorable customer experience
  • Meet the requirements of a high-volume bartending environment
  • Work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
  • 1 year of previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
