Position Overview:

A Kitchen Crew Member plays a vital role in the food preparation process, which includes preparing ingredients, processing customer orders, cooking meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen to adhere to health and safety standards. This position requires consistency in following recipes, accommodating customer preferences, collaborating with serving staff, and presenting dishes attractively.

  • Ensure all ingredients and finished dishes are fresh and of high quality
  • Adhere to recipes by accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
  • Cook various foods using methods such as baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling
  • Present and garnish dishes to enhance visual appeal
  • Occasionally assist in serving food
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including proper handling of utensils and equipment
  • Store and manage ingredients and food items properly
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards consistently
Required Qualifications:
  • Availability to work on holidays
  • Availability to work on weekends
  • Possession of a Food Service license/certification, such as ServSafe Food Handler Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in back-of-house operations, including dishwashing
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • Able to stand for the duration of shifts
