We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Midland Pediatric Associates PLLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Assist with patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric healthcare.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of six months of experience working as an RN/LVN, with one year of experience in a pediatric office setting preferred.
- Bilingual abilities desirable but not mandatory.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Weekend shifts paid at time and a half.
