Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Home2 by Hilton. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during late evening and early morning hours.

• Guest Services: Provide exceptional service to guests at all times, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, friendly, and professional manner.
• Accounting and Finance: Post room charges, food & beverage charges, phone charges, compute guest bills (individual, group masters, and city ledger accounts) using PMS, collect payment and make change for hotel guests following all cash handling procedures as required by brand.
• Communication: Maintain thorough communication with management staff, respond promptly to guest requests, and ensure all pertinent information is passed along in the pass-on log.
• Property Management: Have a thorough knowledge of the property management system, including reservations and procedures, and be able to handle guests being Direct Billed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless service to guests.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve any discrepancies with department out of balance and handle guest complaints and situations that require immediate attention.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night auditor role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds, push and pull 50 pounds.
