Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor Maintenance Service Orders (MSOs) from initiation to completion, while maintaining an updated MSO log in Excel that tracks the status of each order.
  • Oversee and manage the status of facility equipment and systems.
  • Provide recommendations to management regarding facility budgets.
  • Establish a schedule for routine evaluations of facilities.
  • Conduct inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning correctly and documenting any issues.
  • Develop action plans based on inspection findings and service requests, including assessing identified issues and determining the need for a Minor Service Order (MSO). Communicate resolutions effectively.
  • Act as the central point for all keys, managing access, updating databases, and issuing necessary documentation.
  • Generate and distribute paperwork related to accountable property relocations and maintain records in the Auto Scan Tracking System (ASTS) as required.
  • Manage all aspects of facility access, including assisting with tours and ensuring that un-cleared personnel are properly escorted.
  • Deliver supplies and equipment to designated areas, maintaining accurate inventory logs or databases as necessary.
  • Provide support with forklifts and cranes when required, tracking warranty dates and load test requirements in the ASTS.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required. A BS/BA degree can substitute for 4 years of experience, while an Associate's degree can substitute for 2 years.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure setting.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
