Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging Services
    • Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their physical and psychological comfort.
    • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
    • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate image interpretation and patient care.
  • Patient Care
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
    • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
    • Participate in emergency response situations, such as Code Grey, Trauma, and Partial Trauma.
  • Inventory and Maintenance
    • Manage inventory of medical supplies, contrast media, and biopsy/drainage supplies.
    • Maintain CT scanners and peripheral equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
    • Participate in daily inventory and stocking of supplies.
Requirements
  • Current certification/licensure as a CT registered technologist.
  • CPR certification.
  • A current NJ RN License or compact license.
