Dining Room Attendant

The Lamplighter Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/Food Runner to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Table Maintenance: Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wipe up water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables, and straighten out or replace stained tablecloths.
• Preparation for New Guests: Replace cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners, and refill paper napkins, salt, and pepper shakers, and other depleted condiments on the dining table.
• Meal Delivery: Bring out meal orders if waitstaff are busy.
• Closing Duties: Handle cleaning of the dining area at the close of day.
