We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team at PTW. As a key member of our Global Technology and Information Security department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our corporate servers, network infrastructure, and desktop systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor our corporate computing environment, including Active Directory, network routers, switches, security appliances, and wireless access points.
- Administer Office 365, Meraki Mobile Device Management (MDM), and user account administration.
- Ensure data integrity and backup, as well as email and content filtering systems.
- Manage Windows, Apple, and Linux servers and desktops, mobile devices, and game consoles.
- IT Asset Inventory and management of the Office 365 environment, including Office, Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business.
- Provide 24x7 support coverage for all workstations and servers at our regional site, participating in on-call rotation schedules.
- Implement and adhere to Information Security controls, assisting with reporting and audit initiatives.
- Produce regular reports on systems utilization and uptime.
- 5-8 years' experience in QA/Technical Support/Contact Center environment, with Active Directory and Office 365 experience required.
- Windows server administration experience, including configuration and management of federated Active Directory and Azure, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and PKI.
- 5-8 years' experience with Cisco network switches and security appliances, network infrastructure, and cable plant management, with CCNA/MCSE certifications preferred.
- 5-8 years' experience with Windows, VMWare, Mac, and Linux servers.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS requirements, with experience working through compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-driven.
- B.S. in CS, EE, or related technical degree, with equivalent experience considered.
