About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Supervisor to join our team at GOL Linhas Aéreas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of airport activities, maintaining high standards of quality in customer service, punctuality, and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise airport activities, instruct, monitor, train, and disseminate procedures to ensure high standards of quality in customer service, punctuality, and operational safety.
  • Represent Airport Management at meetings and events related to the operation.
  • Plan and apply processes, liaise with civil aviation safety authorities, and ensure compliance with supplier clauses and SLAs.
  • Brief and debrief to align procedures and information pertinent to the day's operation.
  • Participate in decision-making to minimize inconvenience caused to customers by operational irregularities.
  • Monitor and ensure performance indicators, together with the outsourcer's representative, to achieve targets and optimize resources.
  • Ensure all employees comply with requirements through mandatory training.
  • Develop the activities of the Quality Program.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Higher education completed.
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate/Advanced.
  • Language English (Advanced/Fluent).
  • Portuguese / Spanish (A plus).
  • Easy access to MIA.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
