Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will be responsible for preparing and managing equipment during procedures, assessing patient conditions, and ensuring a sterile environment. Your collaboration with our team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, prepares, positions, and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
