Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Technician to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Clinical Technician, you will provide clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as verifying insurance eligibility, checking in patients, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
  • Provide exceptional patient service, maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere, and responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care, adhering to all policies and procedures of the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, administration duties, such as scheduling, ordering, training, and other duties assigned by Clinic and or Regional Director.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
  • Current License or Certification: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred. License must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
  • TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained during employment if applicable in your state.
