Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a travel healthcare professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare staffing agency and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

This travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The shift is 12 hours, days, and the employment type is travel. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in respiratory care and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
