HR Advisor

A major sportswear and footwear brand in Beaverton is seeking an HR Direct Advisor to join their team.

This role supports internal employees through email, chat, and phone, requiring strong communication skills and experience handling high volumes of calls, emails, and chats daily.

The HR Direct Advisor will be based in Beaverton, OR, working Monday through Thursday.

• At least one year of experience handling high volumes of calls in a call center environment
• One year of customer service or human resources experience
• Great communication, highly organized, detail-oriented
• Experience with human resources (benefits, compliance, employee support, legal)
• Experience with SAP or Workday
• Bilingual
