Our goal is to have the highest 'effective wage' in the market, which includes base pay, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips.


Salary

The average effective wage of our staff was $31.84/hr last week, with some earning more and others less, depending on their level of proficiency. We ensure that no one earns less than $20/hr in total.


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair
  • Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences
  • Description different hair care products and their benefits
  • Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid barber or cosmetology license
  • Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers (although not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A creative mindset and a good eye for design

Benefits

Bonus Incentives

We also offer a $300 signing bonus and a free pair of shears (valued at $199) just for coming in for an interview.
