Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist in leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train 5-10+ employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, and expert salesmanship to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb, with frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
