Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Represent East Coast Facilities, Inc. in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
    • Keep clients informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Safety Management
    • Maintain a safe working environment by following company procedures and protocols.
    • Report any safety concerns or incidents to management immediately.
    • Participate in regular safety training and meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Image Compliance
    • Adhere to company dress code and image standards at all times.
    • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and clean.
  • Equipment Management
    • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
    • Report any equipment issues or damage to management promptly.
  • General Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum two years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Work Environment/Physical Requirements
    • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
    • Ability to work overtime or extended shifts as needed.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day.
