About the Role:

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and documenting areas of noncompliance within our community, ensuring adherence to our by-laws. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all Association violations, conducting inspections as necessary, and staying up-to-date on regulations and rules provided by the Board and Property Management.
  • Track violations for completion and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Perform repeat inspections as needed within a determined timeframe for compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for non-compliance letters and follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution or fines.
  • Collaborate with Property Management to provide documentation requesting compliance and resolution, with the Board making determinations on fines if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of violations in KWPM systems as directed.
  • This position requires attendance at monthly Violation Control Committee Meetings.

Work Environment:

The working environment is primarily outdoor, with moderate noise levels. The position may require extended periods of walking and/or sitting, exposing the employee to various weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

The employee must occasionally sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a non-exempt position with variable schedules that may change to accommodate business needs. Travel is not expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a related role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is desired.
  • Previous experience with office software and computers is required.
  • The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, as well as write simple correspondence and present information effectively.
