Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. This role involves working with students who have diverse needs, including those with significant behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to the unique requirements of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support virtual SLP services to ensure all students receive comprehensive assistance.
  • Maintain precise documentation of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage in team discussions to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

  • For SLPs:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently within a team environment.
  • Experience or willingness to learn about managing severe behavioral needs.
