**Job Description**
As a LPN/LVN in this LTC/SNF position, your mission is to deliver exceptional care and make a significant impact in the healthcare community. This role is within the LTC/SNF specialty and requires a current North Carolina license/certification. The ideal candidate will hold a current license and at least two years of recent experience as a LPN/LVN in LTC/SNF.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must have a current resume, a current North Carolina license, current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications, two current Clinical References, and be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer. Additionally, you must be able to provide TB records, current Tdap/Flu vaccinations, and Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records.
