Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at North Suburban Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and care for critically ill newborns, including those on ventilators and with umbilical lines
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families
  • Provide education and support to parents and families on neonatal care and development
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification within the first three months of hire
  • STABLE certification preferred
  • Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
