Highly Skilled RN for Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care/Telemetry unit at Lancesoft Inc.
About the Role: As a Progressive Care/Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and interventions. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care for critically ill patients
- Monitor and analyze patient data, identifying changes and trends that may indicate the need for adjustments to the care plan
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing to the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, progress notes, and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in progressive care/telemetry nursing, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment, with a valid BLS/CPR certification
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
