Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Impact department, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Community and Employee Volunteer Events:
- Communicate and coordinate with local organizations around community & volunteer efforts
- Build relationships/partnerships with community organizations; serve as community liaison
- Identify, coordinate and schedule events
- Lead company-wide volunteer day planning and general program needs
- Prepare all related internal & external communications regarding events
- Create and evaluate internal and external surveys around events
- Update volunteer activities in YourCause platform, run activity reports as requested & track participation in volunteer events to meet stated goals
- Matching Gifts Program:
- Analyze program usage data, run reports
- Field employee inquiries
- Discounted Purchase Program:
- Field initial inquiries from non-profit organizations
- Track participation, paperwork, payment & outcomes. Prepare reports accordingly
- Prepare associated paperwork and handle internal and external follow-up
- Sustainability Initiatives:
- Assist in gathering of data as needed and implementation of sustainability initiatives
- General Responsibilities:
- Communicate Impact programs both internally and externally. This includes representing Tauck Impact at various community events, speaking at department or company meetings, posting articles and information to internal systems (MyTauck and YourCause - MyImpact) and coordinating with marketing and media team on social posts
- Reports and Analysis of data: program usage, evaluations, etc.
- Work closely with Impact Manager on ideas and development of new and innovative initiatives
- Field general inquiries about and provide general assistance with all Impact programs
- Coordinate Impact annual & quarterly activity calendars
- Collaborate with HR as required
- Support for Disaster Relief programs as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related field preferred
- Passion & exposure to Corporate Social Responsibility and/or volunteer & event coordination experience in non-profits
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, energetic, outgoing personality
- Flexible team player with a can-do attitude, willingness to be hands-on
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, take initiative and problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience and knowledge of YourCause a plus
- Social media savvy: Instagram and YouTube
- Creative thinker, familiar with online tools and various communication methods
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence
