As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of adults with serious mental illness, providing life skills training, and promoting therapeutic interventions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to clients with serious mental illness
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience working in a behavioral health setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to maintain a safe driving record

  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
