Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
* Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper use of prosthetic and orthotic devices
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
* Current CPR certification
* Strong organizational and communication skills
