Aquatics Associate

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Aquatics Associate to join our team.

The Aquatics Associate will be responsible for performing lifeguard duties, implementing and enforcing all water safety policies and procedures, preventing and responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.

• Perform lifeguard duties and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Implement and enforce all water safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing their concerns and needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with swim lessons, water aerobics, and other aquatic programs as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest lifeguarding techniques and water safety protocols

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year lifeguarding experience (preferred)
• Swimming proficiency and ability to swim laps
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
