About the Role
">This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
">- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in adult healthcare.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and overall well-being.
Requirements
">- Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Arizona.
- Valid DEA certificate and current BLS certification.
- Three years of experience in community health or primary care settings.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred.
