We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Right at Home. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor vital signs and administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to maintain a safe and healthy living environment
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Maintain accurate documentation of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervisor
