Signature HealthCARE Excelerated Care

A designated short-stay unit specializing in rehabilitation and clinical services for those recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or a recent hospital stay.

Our unit features dedicated staff, private suites, select dining options, and more to facilitate patients' road to recovery, enabling them to Move Forward to their next destination.

Our Services

Signature HealthCARE offers integrated services across 7 states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine.

A growing number of our centers have achieved quality assurance accreditation and pioneered person-directed care.

Many of our skilled nursing facilities have earned a 4 or 5-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday and be available for 1 other day during the week.

What You'll Do
  1. Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
  2. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
  3. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
  4. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Requirements

Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.

Current/active CPR Certification.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.

Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
