Teller I

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Teller I to join our team at Rogue Credit Union. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing financial transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in the lobby and on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on credit union products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain exceptional service and promote a culture of deepening participation.
• Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers, and perform opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, operate 10-key calculators, and maintain accurate records.
