We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and families to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall quality of life.
About the RoleThis is a full-time or part-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services to patients in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop comprehensive therapy plans to address those needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to patients, including exercises to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
- Educate patients and family members on self-care techniques and strategies to promote independence and mobility.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and active OT license in Colorado.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in home healthcare.
- CPR certification required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home healthcare.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer competitive pay and benefits packages to support your career growth and well-being.
