Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and mental abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement occupational therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Current Texas license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions).
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
  • 2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
