Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness in designated areas
  • Duties include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, waste disposal, and restroom sanitation
  • Adhere to instructions from the custodial supervisor for additional responsibilities
Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven strong work ethic and reliability
  • Capability to work eight-hour shifts, including weekends
  • Collaborative mindset and readiness to follow guidance
  • Physically fit to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must possess dependable transportation and successfully pass a background screening
Preferred Experience:

  • High school diploma is preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in cleaning roles is advantageous
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of walking and standing
  • Adaptability to varying temperature conditions
  • Mobility to achieve production targets established by the organization
Educational Background:
