Mammography Technologist Part-time Rotating

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mammography and DEXA imaging services to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Recognizes significant artifacts and equipment limitations and reports to appropriate staff.
  • Implements radiation protection and safety standards.
  • Assesses and educates patients according to specific department protocols.
  • Maintains a quality assurance program according to FDA and MQSA regulations.
  • Enters mammography patient information data into mammography quality software.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
  • CPR – Basic Life Support.
  • Licensed by the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
