Key Responsibilities:

A reputable local organization is seeking an Auditor to fulfill essential payroll audit functions as outlined in Client Service Agreements, ensuring timely completion of departmental responsibilities.

The primary duties include:

  1. Conducting audits of client payroll records at their business locations, which may extend to neighboring islands.
  2. Occasionally traveling to client sites for scheduled audits (a valid driver's license is required).
  3. Preparing and finalizing comprehensive audit reports.
  4. Managing appropriate communication with clients through phone and email correspondence.
  5. Executing special audits and projects for clients with delinquent accounts as needed.
  6. Maintaining audit and delinquency tracking logs, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items.
  7. Assisting in the preparation of quarterly audit reports for trustee meetings, billing schedules, and annual reports.
  8. Supporting collection efforts, including the preparation of delinquency reports.
  9. Completing additional special audits and projects as required.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess an Associate degree or higher in Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Additional requirements include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
