About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nurses, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
  • At least 1 year of experience in critical care or burn nursing, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
