Are you a skilled CDL-A truck driver looking for a challenging and rewarding team driving opportunity? Schneider is seeking experienced truck drivers to join our team as Refrigerated Truck Drivers. As a Refrigerated Truck Driver with Schneider, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated goods across the country, working closely with your team to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a refrigerated truck across the country, hauling goods to various destinations
- Work closely with your team to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods
- Meet and exceed customer expectations for delivery and service
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Benefits
- Competitive pay and bonus potential
- Holiday pay incentives, up to $2,100, while working November 2024-December 2024
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
- Weekly paychecks
- Weekly performance pay
- $4,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
- $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
- Paid orientation
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
