About the Role

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Delivering exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stocking and maintaining housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participating in deep cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and guest rooms
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
