We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. Responsibilities- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient-specific needs, assessment data, and medical plans of care.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other healthcare team members, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Evaluate patient progress, adjust plans of care as needed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse within the last 18 months.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
