Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, managing a team of designers, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Required: Degree in architectural studies, minimum 7 years' experience in a professional firm, proficiency in Revit, and strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
  • Preferred: Architect license or NCARB Certified, minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management/project architect role, prior leadership experience managing a team of architectural designers, and experience in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Lumion.
