Merchandising Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Sales Associate to join our team at Hallmark US Springboard. This part-time position will involve working independently to showcase organizational and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
• Provide professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

$15.00 - $15.25 per hour, depending on shift and location. With a variable schedule during the work week, you can expect to work between 8-12 hours per week.
