Job Title: Flow Cytometry Scientist

Precision for Medicine is a global leader in precision medicine clinical research services. We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Cytometry Scientist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Flow Cytometry Scientist will be responsible for performing flow cytometry assays, designing and executing experiments, and analyzing data to support our research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flow cytometry, cell biology, and immunology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform flow cytometry assays and analyze data to support research projects
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and answer research questions
  • Collaborate with other scientists and researchers to design and implement research projects
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for flow cytometry assays and other laboratory procedures
  • Troubleshoot and correct routine scientific issues and problems
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in life sciences or related field
  • 5 years of experience in flow cytometry and cell biology
  • Expert level flow cytometry skills using whole blood and isolated cells
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in life sciences or related field
  • Experience with cell sorting techniques
  • Knowledge of current GLP or CAP/CLIA/ISO standards
