Key Responsibilities- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Maintain controlled medication and required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement business solutions, building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
- Model and enforce proper customer service approaches and techniques, ensuring customer needs are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations, analyzing and interpreting reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
As a Pharmacist at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $98,000.00-$172,000.00, plus additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off benefits, including PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
